WELCOME

 

Thank you for being a part of our studio! We are dedicated to bringing this healing yoga to our local community.

We have never been a franchise, and we never will be. We do not pay any licensing fees nor copyright fees. We truly are a small business.

We refer to Bikram Yoga as a noun, not a person's name. We have always felt comfortable using the title because Bikram Yoga is a brilliant and life-changing style of yoga. Furthermore, it connects us worldwide to a wonderful and unique community of teachers and students.

We require our teachers to train and mentor with us as well as our local mentor, world-respected Diane Ducharme Gardner. Keeping the postures and the yoga pure to their original healing prescription is what keeps us going. Bikram Yoga is hot, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, and consistent.

We are proud to be a part of Natick's network of small businesses. Bikram Yoga Natick has and always will be independently owned and operated. Your money goes toward keeping our yoga room one of the juiciest hot rooms in the area and toward paying our compassionate and talented teaching staff. Your support helps to grow our local economy.

What Is Bikram Yoga?

 

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a room heated to 105 degrees. Each class is 90 minutes. The heat helps warm the body up and loosens the muscles so the body can stretch safely. The series of yoga postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, joint, gland, and internal organ system in the body and has incredibly therapeutic, healing benefits. By the end of the 90 minutes, you will have moved freshly, oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to 100% of the body.

 

Bikram Yoga is designed for brand new beginners as well as students who practice regularly. Every class is open to new students.

Class Cancellations

Memorial Day Weekend Schedule:

Saturday, May 27th and Sunday, May 28th: 7:30am and 9:30am only (no 4pm)

Monday, May 29th: 9:30am ONLY

**Starting June 1st, the 4pm class on Saturday goes on vacation! Don't worry, it will be back in the fall.**

WORK STUDY- We want you!

We have Work Study positions available! Has Bikram Yoga Natick changed your life but you are a little too short on cash to attend as often as you want to? Email us at info@bikramyoganatick.com for the details.

We are looking for dedicated practitioners that have practiced with us for a minimum of 30 days that are willing to exchange a few hours of work at the studio for unlimited free yoga classes.

PARKING

Please park in the SOUTH Parking Lot (the lot to the left of the building) OR on the street when available. Please DO NOT PARK in the lot for 3 Huron Drive (the building across the street from the studio).
