What Exactly Is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a room heated to 105 degrees. Each class is 90 minutes. The heat helps warm the body up and loosens the muscles so the body can stretch safely. The series of yoga postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, joint, gland, and internal organ system in the body and has incredibly therapeutic, healing benefits. By the end of the 90 minutes, you will have moved freshly, oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to 100% of the body.
Bikram Yoga is designed for brand new beginners as well as students who practice regularly. Every class is open to new students.

Sat. Dec. 7th, Diane Ducharme, one of the world's most experienced, senior teachers, will be coming to Bikram Yoga Natick for a posture clinic and class. If you have questions, injuries, chronic pain, and want to take your practice to the next level, this posture clinic is for you!
Posture Clinic: 9:30am - 3:30pm
Class taught by Diane: 4pm - 5:30pm
Cost: $100 ($125 after Dec. 1st)

The Work Study program is designed for those with tight finances to practice Bikram Yoga regularly. All applicants should be dedicated practitioners and willing to exhange work at the studio for free yoga classes. There is no financial exchange within the Work Study program.
